Use This Time for a Deed Spring Cleaning
Take advantage of having more time on your hands
Spring cleaning has taken on a new urgency this year. People are intensely washing, dusting, and disinfecting homes and offices, with the emphasis on staying healthy. The CDC recommends a two-step preventive measure:
"cleaning of visibly dirty surfaces followed by disinfection."
Protect Against Dust Mites, Mold Spores, Virus and Bacteria
Annual deep cleaning helps reduce hidden dust mites and mold spores, it also helps protect you against viruses and bacteria. Traditional spring cleaning includes chores like dusting, window cleaning, and giving your carpets a thorough wash.

Cleaning is the removal of grime and germs from surfaces. Cleaning doesn't kill viruses, but it lowers their numbers. Disinfecting involves using a chemical to kill germs on surfaces after you clean it, which lowers the risk of spreading infection.
